The conservative complexion of the assembly makes it likely to be passed.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u0153When we talk of \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcvice and virtue\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 . . . the one introduced by the Taliban comes to our minds. But it won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be like that,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d insisted Mohammad Karim Rahimi, a spokesman for the president. &#8230;<br \/>\nNematullah Shahrani, the religious affairs minister who will oversee the department, claims it will focus on alcohol, drugs, crime and corruption.
