Its second, of course, the first having been <a href = \"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Golda_Meir\">Golda Meir<\/a>, who played, or at least was portrayed in the classic &#8220;Iron Lady&#8221; mode. But interestingly the new contender, <a href = \"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/main.jhtml;jsessionid=SL2SYLK2XOLVVQFIQMGCFFWAVCBQUIV0?xml=\/news\/2007\/01\/21\/wmid21.xml\">Tzipi Livni<\/a> is presenting herself very differently:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> Miss Livni has revealed that she has had to struggle against the boys&#8217; club atmosphere at the top levels of Israeli decision-making.<br \/>\n&#8220;Sometimes there are guy issues,&#8221; she said in a recent interview. Asked if there had been a &#8220;guy problem&#8221; in the conduct of the Lebanon war, she replied: &#8220;Not only in the war.
