Sorry I’m not around much at the moment – blame BT, who both haven’t managed the simple task of switching on a phone line, nor, it seems do they ever answer their service line – was on hold for an hour on Saturday before the system cut me off, and as I write this I’m up to about 35 minutes on hold today.<\/p>\n
