Anyone have any experience with organic paints? Recommendations? TIA…

Sorry I’m not around much at the moment – blame BT, who both haven’t managed the simple task of switching on a phone line, nor, it seems do they ever answer their service line – was on hold for an hour on Saturday before the system cut me off, and as I write this I’m up to about 35 minutes on hold today.

Just curious: has anyone ever rung BT and not got “sorry for the delay, we ARE very busy at the moment”…

Just spent 36 minutes on the line to BT trying to set up a phone line at my new address – not that I actually want to use BT, but the company that I do want to use, for an broadband/call/line bundle, Plus Net (which seems to do very well in customer surveys), can’t set up an account until the line is in my name.

But BT will only do a 12-month contract, so I’ll be stuck with the dinosaur for that period.

So much for “customer choice”.

There’s one of those diplomatic storm in a teacups brewing over the fact that Cécilia Sarkozy chose to go shopping rather than have a picnic with George Bush.

Now I hate shopping, but I think I’d make the same choice – at least if I didn’t have the option of giving him a piece of my mind.

I can’t draw – I can create effective images in my head (to set up a photo for example) – but I’ve never learnt to wield a pen with any skill at all. So I found Mr Picassohead, a sort of creative form of Identikit, rather fun: here’s my supercilious waiter.

…does anyone else find that their cheekbones ache when they are extremely tired? It seems like such a curious symptom.
