Blame BT

Sorry I’m not around much at the moment – blame BT, who both haven’t managed the simple task of switching on a phone line, nor, it seems do they ever answer their service line – was on hold for an hour on Saturday before the system cut me off, and as I write this I’m up to about 35 minutes on hold today.

Just curious: has anyone ever rung BT and not got “sorry for the delay, we ARE very busy at the moment”…
